Habit change and productivity coaching for overwhelmed, capable women

I help high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, stuck or quietly off-track rebuild their habits, identity and environment, so life feels calmer, clearer and manageable.

No pressure. Just a focused conversation to get clear on what needs to change.

If this is you

You’re capable. Reliable. The one people turn to.

On paper, everything looks fine.

But underneath, something feels off

You start the week already tired.

You have ideas, but no space to execute them.

You tell yourself you’ll change things - just not this week. There’s too much on.

You’re not lacking discipline.

You’re operating inside a life that no longer fits.

This isn’t about willpower

Most people think they need more motivation.
They don’t.

They need:

  • better systems

  • a supportive environment

  • an identity that matches the life they’re trying to build

Because when those things are aligned, everything changes.

This is where we work.

What actually changes

My clients don’t just leave with insight. They take action.

They:

  • Stop procrastinating on the work that matters

  • Follow through on ideas they have been sitting on for years

  • Create space in their day (and in their head)

  • Rebuild trust with themselves

  • Design a life that doesn’t require constant recovery

This is practical, honest, and tailored to you.

About

I’m Sarah Norris, a habit change and productivity coach for thoughtful, capable women who are tired of holding everything together while quietly losing touch with themselves.

I help clients change the patterns that keep them stuck — not through more pressure, but through clearer thinking, better habits, supportive systems, and coaching that fits real life.

After 20+ years in fast-moving organisations and community-building work, I know how easy it is to look fine on the outside while running on fumes underneath. My coaching is practical, compassionate and gently challenging. You leave with more clarity, more structure, and a way forward you can actually use.

If you’re ready to stop white-knuckling your days and start designing them with more intention, I’d love to help.

Sarah has helped me greatly, talking through my goals, and providing plans for dealing with my workload, timing and deadlines. She has helped me develop strategies to achieve better focus, set boundaries, and balance work/life commitments. Most importantly, Sarah has been so supportive, giving me faith in my ability to achieve my goals, by working on practical issues as well as by improving my confidence. Thank you so much, Sarah!

Sarah’s friendly and professional manner helped me to identify my goals and action plans. She is a good listener and a very good coach. I would highly recommend her.
