Hi, I'm Sarah and I help busy, brilliant humans change the habits that run their lives.
After 20+ years inside fast-moving organisations, I learned the hard way that willpower is overrated and systems are everything. I trained as an ICF-accredited coach and added Mindfulness, Success Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP so I could support change at every level—mind, body, and the calendar that never seems to end.
Clients come to me for two things: clarity and a plan that actually fits real life. Together we map triggers, build routines that respect energy (hello, perimenopause), and create simple, repeatable actions that make the day feel doable. Whether we’re untangling productivity for an ADHD-brilliant mind, navigating midlife shifts with more grace, or designing sober-curious guardrails, my work is practical, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that your brain is endlessly adaptable.
Before coaching, I built communities — through Lewes Arts, Women in Art and the WIA Gallery — because I love seeing people thrive in spaces designed for them. That’s still the point. Coaching with me feels like being deeply listened to, lovingly challenged, and sent away with a plan you’ll actually use.
